• Your water supply is included with your homeowners association dues and is maintained by Beacon Point Community Club.  It is checked regularly to ensure our water is flowing in accordance with all health standards.
• Units in the community must have sewage/septic and disposal systems that meet the specifications of Mason County.
• Our quality water is monitored by H2O Management Services.

Electricity

• Our community is serviced by Mason County Public Utility District (PUD).  To establish service or update service, visit the Mason County PUD website.

Garbage

• Garbage and recycling service is provided by Mason County Garbage and Recycling.  Visit their website to establish service.

Mail

• You can get a post office box at the Lilliwaup Post Office.

Television

• Television is available through satellite providers like DirecTV and Dish TV.

Internet

• Internet is available through satellite providers like DirectTV and Dish TV and also available through cell carriers like Verizon's Jetpack service.
